Jacaranda Manor is a licensed 291-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that has served as a leader in Pinellas County for over 20 years offering specialized psychiatric care for residents with behavioral disorders and mental illness, as well as Alzheimer’s and other related dementias. Our center features an interactive multi-sensory room, and also includes a secured behavioral support unit for mental health services requiring extra care.
We are located in St. Petersburg, Fla., The Sunshine City, where retirees, tourists and community members enjoy waterfront access, museums, art galleries, historic neighborhoods, and a thriving downtown. Likewise, our residents enjoy community field trips to explore the city, and bask in the Guinness World Record of most consecutive days of sunshine offered.
Services available at our center also include short-term rehabilitation, certified wound care, long-term care, comfort care, and respite stays, all in a home-like setting where comfort, safety and smiles are an important part of each care plan.
On April 5, 2019 our center was awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation for complying with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care, and a commitment to continually improving patient care. In addition, our compliance with the National Patient Safety Goals was validated by The Joint Commission in 2019.
